PRODUCT RENTAL

Admin starts the rental process by scanning the QR code of the customer and the products.

PRODUCT RETURN

Admin finishes the rental process by scanning the QR code of the customer or the products.

EVALUATION

Customers can rate products. Customer behaviour is automatically evaluated and can be used for targeted marketing purposes.

Can I participate in different events with the same user account?

Yes, the user account can be used at all events with GIM'ME support. Customers only need to register once.

Can you enter and manage products as a brand with GIM'ME?

Yes, as a GIM'ME customer you can manage your product library yourself.

As a testival organiser, can I issue sub-licences or does every brand have the same features?

It is intended that testival organisers can offer their customers different features of GIM'ME. The basic rental features are provided for each brand, but if more advanced features such as targeting customers are desired, these can be booked as add-ons. Just ask us!

Can the end customers also view their test and rental history on their account afterwards?

Yes, this can be reviewed any time, and products can also be rated and commented afterwards. This significantly facilitates the purchase afterwards.

Can the information obtained from the rental processes be used?

Yes, that is the strength of the system. Relevant data for the purchase of products is collected. This can be used specifically to offer customers suitable advertising. Everything is GDPR compliant!
